Rights of DC residents subject to the convenience of one man
From New York Times:
Mr. Sykes, meanwhile, is counseling patience. “You’ve waited for 33 years,” he said. “What is another month or two?”
One man to have monopolistic control on when and if DC residents can purchase their own handguns. But surely, the Federal Firearms License is only a reasonable, pragmatic restriction.
Is it not?
